How do I book a course?

How can I find out if there is space on my chosen course?

Call us on 01892 836110 and we can tell you if there is space available.
Email us at info@kenttrainers.co.uk and we will reply within 1 working day.

How can I pay?

Once we have confirmed you booking we will send you an invoice. You can pay by BACS transfer or cheque.

Can I get a discount?

We operate a scheme to reward our loyal customers. With your first booking on an Open course you will automatically become a Bronze level member. The scheme offers discounts depending on the number of Open courses booked in a rolling 12 month period as follows:

  • BRONZE: for the first 4 bookings, normal list price
  • SILVER: for bookings 5 to 10, a 10% discount of the list price
  • GOLD: for bookings 11 and more, a 15% discount of the list price

What happens after I have booked?

Once we have received you booking we will send you an invoice by email.
At least two weeks before the course we will send you joining instructions by email.

What happens if I can't make the date?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative arrangements with you. Please read our Terms and Conditions regarding late cancellations.

What time do courses start and finish?

Start and finish times will be sent to you in your joining instructions. As a general rule courses start at 09:30 and finish by 16:30.

How many people will be on the course with me?

The number of people on a course can vary. The maximum number of delegates on any Kent Trainers course is 12.

Do you offer in-house or tailored training?

Yes, we do. Please see our section on in-house training.

How can I find help on finding the right course for me?

Call us on 01892 836110 and we help you select the right course. We can also come to visit you at your premises to help you identify your training requirements.

What should I wear on my course?

You should wear whatever you feel comfortable in. However if pressed we would suggest 'smart casual'.

What is your policy on health and safety?

Your safety and wellbeing is our first concern. Whilst we do not believe that any of our training courses present high risk to our delegates or staff we operate a policy of regular risk reviews. Our full Health and Safety policy can be downloaded here.

What if I don't like the course?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course please tell us what was wrong. We will refund your money and take action to correct the problem.
