This workshop will help you to recognise how essential it is to ensure you “respect” all your work colleagues and customers and work with them positively. It will be a highly practical session covering the meaning of equality and diversity, the importance of equality and diversity, an overview of the relevant legislation and will provide an opportunity for you to review your behaviour and that of your colleagues to ensure that you all work effectively together.
