This negotiating skills course is for sales people who would like to extend their expertise in negotiations with clients either face to face or by telephone.
Description
This sales negotiation course will give you a range of negotiation skills in order to achieve a successful outcome from discussions with clients.
Negotiations are about getting a balance of the win-win scenario so that everyone involved feels that they have got the result they want.
It will cover identifying when to negotiate and the key principles behind successful negotiation. Also, dealing with tactics and “powerplay” and learning to say “no” gracefully and setting conditions for handling price objections.
You will work on an action plan to take back into the workplace for immediate use when dealing with client and customer negotiations.
